Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Customers may be subject to restrictions regarding smoking, unauthorized drivers, racing, track use, commercial use, geographic travel, excessive mileage, or other activities that may create unreasonable risk to the vehicle or others.

Any applicable security deposit, rental payment, mileage charge, damage responsibility, cancellation policy, or other fee will be communicated as part of the applicable service or rental agreement. Specific pricing and terms may vary depending on the vehicle, service, rental period, and individual agreement.

For storage services, customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle and any relevant storage requirements. Storage arrangements, access procedures, maintenance coordination, transportation, and additional services will be governed by the applicable agreement between ACE Motor Club and the vehicle owner.

For consignment services, vehicle owners must have the legal authority to place the vehicle into a consignment arrangement and must provide accurate ownership and vehicle information. Rental activity, pricing, expenses, utilization, and owner distributions will depend on the agreed consignment structure and applicable agreement.

ACE Motor Club may work with third-party service providers, including transportation companies, maintenance providers, detailers, insurance-related professionals, and other automotive partners. Services involving third parties may be subject to their own terms, requirements, and availability.
