Before You Book

What to know before renting.

Driver Requirements

Renters must meet ACE Motor Club’s minimum driver requirements before a rental is approved, including a review of driving history where applicable.

Driver's License

A valid, unexpired driver’s license is required for every approved renter and any authorized additional driver.

Insurance Verification

Proof of current auto insurance meeting ACE Motor Club’s coverage requirements must be provided and verified prior to rental.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all approved rentals. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and rental terms.

Mileage

Each rental includes a mileage allowance specific to the vehicle and rental period. Additional mileage may incur charges as outlined in the rental agreement.

Payment Requirements

Rental charges, deposits, and applicable fees must be paid in full through an approved payment method prior to vehicle release.

Authorized Drivers

Only the renter and any driver specifically approved and listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.

Vehicle Use Restrictions

Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road use, towing, sublet, or any activity outside the terms of the rental agreement.

Smoking Policy

All ACE Motor Club vehicles are non-smoking. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees.

Geographic Restrictions

Rentals are intended for use within an approved service area. Travel outside this area may require prior written approval.

Pickup and Delivery

Vehicles may be picked up at an approved ACE Motor Club location or delivered where available. Delivery availability and fees vary by location.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the rental agreement at the time of booking.
